Description

Using 'cmake -DGMX_BUILD_UNITTESTS=ON ..' the unit tests are not available after the compilation. I can only create them afterwards with 'make tests'.

This is intentionally changed behavior. We had a couple of compiler which failed building the unit tests and we wanted to make it easier to see whether Gromacs can be build with a compiler. As the install-guide describes you can run "make check" to both build and run the tests. You can also use -DGMX_DEVELOPER_BUILD=on if you want the previous behavior (at the moment this flag doesn't change anything other than whether the unit tests are build with "make all" but that might change in the future).
