Wiki registration is broken
Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.gromacs.org.
2. Click on "Register" on the left hand side.
The page just refreshes.

Yes, we required registration some years ago to stop spammers, but I have no idea how to fix the current issue
