Description

Still trying to package Gromacs-2019 for Fedora, but this is a new error:

gcc 9 has not been released yet, so this will require compiling it on armv7hl. Does it not reproduce on aarch64, that would potentially be quicker to repro.

The fedora:rawhide container has gcc-9 already, but the issue only showed up on arm7hl.
