Description

When trying to compile mdrun only cmake fails:

$ cmake ../gromacs-git -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=~/programs/gromacs-git -DGMX_BUILD_MDRUN_ONLY=ON -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DGMX_MPI=OFF -DGMX_DOUBLE=OFF -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF

-- Looking for inttypes.h - found
-- Configuring done
CMake Error at src/gromacs/CMakeLists.txt:52 (add_library):
No SOURCES given to target: libgromacs_generated

the build is clean, completely from scratch. With -DGMX_BUILD_MDRUN_ONLY=OFF no errors are generated.

I can't reproduce this with the current HEAD of 2019 on my machine. Can you check if it is still an issue for you with v2019.3?
