The file docs/OpenCLTODOList.txt does not cite any tracked issues and is not mentioned in any tracked issues. It has not been updated in a few years and none of its edits cite tracked issues. The file does not appear to have any exposure beyond its presence in the source tree, which is not in a very discoverable location for someone considering work on OpenCL code.
Suggest: remove the file, migrate it to the issue tracking system, or update it to make it discoverable and trackable.

Most of the content of that file can go, but a couple of the items are useful. We are no deprecating OpenCL right away, some of the trivial modernization would be useful to do. I can help with such cleanup and assessing which are the few things still relevant from that todo list.
