Description

On older linux platforms, pdb2gmx generates the following fatal error:

This appears to have been a (temporary?) build problem. dirent.h should be present on all POSIX platforms since at least 2001. Thus I'm marking it "invalid".

However, dirent does not work under windows, so I've just pushed new code into git master that implements more portable (POSIX+windows) directory scanning calls in futil.c
