Description

I noticed a couple of things in the grompp -h output that might need to be tweaked.

1. Should the instructions for the "include" parameter start with -I, or has something changed? The line I noticed was:

include = /home/john/doe

which I thought should be:

include = -I/home/john/doe

2. The grompp output also makes reference to a -morse option, but I don't see the option listed, or any reference to it in the code. In fact, none of my distributions (as far back as 3.3.3) seem to have this option. Is this a potentially new feature, or just one that was never implemented?

You're right.
I guess more than a decade ago there was actually a -morse command line option.
Now it is an mdp option.

Thanks for reporting this,

Berk
