Description

The feature which enabled adding at build time a macro with the openmm plugin directory residing in the OpenMM installation used for building is broken. This creates the annoyance that OPENMM_PLUGIN_DOR environment variable needs to be set all the time. However, when running mdrun-gpu on the same system as the one used for building, the OpenMM plugins should be picked automatically picked up.

fixed the default for OpenMM plugin dir location (bug #606)

The OpenMM plugin lookup mechanism works again, so when running mdrun-gpu
on the same machine/OS where the binaries were built, the plugins are picked
up from the OpenMM installation used for building (but the env.var.
OPENMM_PLUGIN_DIR still has priority over all defaults!).
