Description

With the introduction of LJ-PME, various code, names and comments should be generalized now that "q" no longer refers to a charge, but might be various things. See discussion at https://gerrit.gromacs.org/#/c/3259/

Renaming in PME-routines

Fixes naming issues in PME-routines by renaming variables
and functions to be more general, and not using names specific
to electrostatics

Fixes #1459
