Description

I think the notation of the documentation of surface tension coupling in the manual (3.4.9) switches from single to double subscripting in a potentially confusing way. It looks to me like mu_z and mu_zz refer to the same quantity. Likewise Delta P_z and Delta P_zz. If the scaling matrix mu is necessarily diagonal, then perhaps this should be made explicitly clear in some way.

Also, shouldn't "power of 1/3" read "factor of 1/3"?
